Touchstar Cinemas, Inc., has provided a perpetual utility easement to Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD). The easement will now provide HCUD legal access to the water infrastructure located on Touchstar Cinemas, Inc., private property located at 2955 Commercial Way, Key No. 953695.
