BRIEF OVERVIEW
Dennis O’Keefe has served in the capacity of Acting Building Official since May 9, 2022, and has extensive experience with contractor licensing, administering construction codes, and supervision of field inspections. Mr. O’Keefe possesses the required certifications and licenses with the State of Florida and has completed numerous continuing education courses.

It is recommended the Board appoint Dennis O’Keefe as Building Official effective December 12, 2022.
