BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Linden Drive Sidewalk (Spring Hill Drive to Coronado Drive) - LAP was awarded by the Board on November 16, 2021, Doc. Id. No. 18996 to Augustine Construction, Inc., in the amount of $355,045.00.
Change Order No. One (1) was for additional pipe handrail at the northeast corner of Linden Drive and Dover Lane, increasing the Contract by $3,718.00 from $355,045.00 to $358,763.00
Change Order No. Two (2) was a reduction to reflect actual materials used, reducing the Contract by $35,860.38 from $358,763.00 to $322,902.62.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Four (4) in the amount of $19,183.00 to Augustine Construction, Inc., to close out Contract No. 21-CG0015/DK for Linden Dr. Sidewalk (Spring Hill Drive to Coronado Drive) - LAP.
The final Contract amount for this unit is $322,902.62, a Contract amount decrease of $32,142.38 over BOCC award.
