Staff received the attached letter from Scott Brizendine, District Manager for Somerset Bay Community Development District, transmitting the District’s fiscal year 2023-24 proposed budget approved by the District’s Board of Supervisors. A public hearing on the proposed budget has been scheduled for August 11, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of Coastal Engineering located at 966 Candlelight Boulevard, Brooksville, Florida, 34061.
