BRIEF OVERVIEW
Suncoast Investment Group of Hernando, LLC (Suncoast), Investco Properties, LLC (Investco) and Tri County Development, Inc. (Developer) are developing a combined (approximate) 50 acres located along the north side of County Line Road adjacent to and along the eastern right-of-way of the Suncoast Parkway into commercial and residential parcels. Hernando County Utilities Department (District) has water and sewer infrastructure in the vicinity capable of providing water and sewer service to this project. As part of the agreement, the District has agreed to reimburse the Developer to upsize the sewage pumping station, a gravity main, and a sewer force main stub out.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funds are available in Account No. 4144-07244-5626323, Capital Fund, Capital Dept., Improv. WWTP/Lift Station.
LEGAL NOTE
The Board has legal authority to review and approve this item per Florida Statute, Chapter 125.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Suncoast Landing Water and Sewer Service Agreement and authorize staff to record the agreement in the Public Records of Hernando County.
