BRIEF OVERVIEW
Discharge of Order and Satisfaction of Lien documents are attached for persons who have satisfied liens imposed by the Special Master for certain code violations.
These documents require Board approval to release the lien, the Chairperson's signature upon each Discharge of Order and Satisfaction of Lien, and for the documents to be recorded in the Official Records. The County received satisfaction for the liens in the amount of $3,487.51

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the attached discharge of order and satisfaction of lien documents, authorize the Chairperson's signature upon them, and authorize their recording into the Official County Records.
