BRIEF OVERVIEW
During Achieva Credit Union’s project permitting process related to 7126 Mariner Boulevard (Key No. 712376), Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) staff informed Achieva Credit Union that a section of sewer force main had been inadvertently installed on their private property during a past road improvement project in the area. As a result, Achieva Credit Union has granted HCUD an easement to cover the section of force main that runs on their property in order to allow access for any future maintenance, repairs, etc., needed to that section of force main.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact.

The Board has the authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board accept the Perpetual Utility Easement from Achieva Credit Union.
