BRIEF OVERVIEW
The recipients received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando County’s State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Program and given to qualified homebuyers.
Payment was received from the following recipients, and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval:
• Cirina Santiago f/k/a Cirina L. Castillo - 507 Sharon Street, Brooksville - $4,947.51
• Nicole M. Johnson - 6 Croom Road, Brooksville - $5,000.00
• Shelly L. Pullen - 2469 Anchor Avenue, Spring Hill - $19,000.00
Funds in the amount of $30.00 were also provided to pay for the cost of recording.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenue in the amount of $28,947.51 to:
Fund: 1271 - State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program, Account 3699030 - Miscellaneous Revenue Down Payment Reimbursement
Expenses in the amount of $30.00 to satisfy the cost of recording to:
Fund: 1271 - State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program, Account: 2020001 - Accounts Payable

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached satisfactions of mortgages.
