BRIEF OVERVIEW

On May 12, 2009, the Board approved a Development Agreement which was recorded in the public records of Hernando County at OR Book 2658 and Page 194, authorizing the construction for up to 400 multi-family dwelling units and setting forth certain transportation concurrency obligations.

On April 9, 2019, the Board entered into the First Amendment to the Development Agreement that extended the duration of the Master Plan to 2029 and vested the Transportation Concurrency to the same.

The petitioner’s current request is to amend the Development Agreement to vest the proposed 540 units for transportation concurrency through 2029.
