BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Utility Department is in need of a Temporary Construction Easement for Parcel Key 637831, 5004 Deltona Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida. The easement will assist the Hernando County Utility Department in removing a portion of 8” Force Main Line and replacing it with 16” Force Main Line.
It is recommended that the Board approve the Hernando County Utility Department’s request for this Temporary Construction Easement, authorize the Chairperson to execute the necessary documents and authorize staff to perform the necessary services to update the water main within this temporary construction easement.

Funding to record the temporary construction agreement is available in the following account.
