The proposed development involves converting a portion of the existing retail parking lot into a full-service fuel station with a 1,618-square-foot convenience store and a fuel canopy featuring 6 pumps and 12 fueling positions.

Public Hearing History:
On April 13, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution approving the petitioner's request for a Master Plan revision on parcel zoned PDP(GHC)/Planned Development Project (General Highway Commercial) to include C2 uses for Fuel Station with modified performance conditions.

LEGAL NOTE

The Applicable Criteria for a PDP are found in Appendix A (Zoning Code), Article VIII. The Zoning District Amendment / Master Plan Revision must be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.
