BRIEF OVERVIEW
Since the prior lease of office space to Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization has expired, a new lease is needed. The area is approximately 881 square feet within the building that houses the Building Division, 1661 Blaise Drive.
An annual base rent of $10,131.60 will be paid in twelve equal monthly installments on the first day of each month. Rental rate is based on a charge of $11.50 per square foot of space.

Revenue Account No. 07811-4611-3620020; 12 equal payments of $844.30.
LEGAL NOTE
The Board is authorized to proceed in accordance with Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached lease agreement between Hernando County Board of County Commissioners (Building Division) and Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization.
