BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Parks and Recreation has requested design and permitting services for the addition of two multi-purpose sports fields adjacent to existing soccer fields at Anderson Snow Sports Complex. This request will incorporate rear access into the park utilizing Edward R. Noll Drive, environmental assessment inspections and reports, and construction documents.

Fund: 3342 - Impact Fee-Park District 2, Department: 04542 - Impact Fee-Park District 2, Account: 5909967 - Budget Reserve-Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) totaling $133,251.00
CIP 112041 - Anderson Snow - Add Two (2) Athletic Fields. This project was included in the FY 2026 CIP.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the attached budget amendment transferring funds from within the Parks and Recreation impact fee accounts to complete the design of the two additional fields and infrastructure.
