BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Planning Division is requesting to modify Hernando County Ordinance Chapter 10 Community Appearance, Article III Fence Code. The intent of this revision is to establish regulations for the use of fences and walls that are over 7ft in height in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Hernando County. This shall include fences for the purpose of enclosure, exclusion, property protection, privacy, security, and aesthetics.
