BRIEF OVERVIEW

In compliance with Sec. 197.323, Fla. Stat., it is requested that the Board order the 2026 Tax Rolls be extended prior to the completion of the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) hearings. The extension will allow the Tax Collector’s office to extend and mail the 2026 tax notices in a timely manner by November 1, 2026.
