BRIEF OVERVIEW
Construction of the new Cell 4 is currently in progress at the Landfill. This agreement would allow for the necessary installation of the underground primary electrical and transformers by Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Contribution in Aid of Construction Agreement with Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc., for the Solid Waste Cell 4 construction project.
