Resolution Relating to Temporary Construction Easement and Agreements for Braewood Mobile Home Subdivision Water System Replacement Project; Authorizing Director of Utilities to Execute and Record Temporary Construction Easements and Agreements on Behalf of Hernando County Water and Sewer District

body

BRIEF OVERVIEW

The Hernando County Water & Sewer District is implementing a utility project called the Braewood Mobile Home Subdivision Water System Replacement Project. The Project will replace existing water mains and water service lines to serve properties in the Braewood Subdivision, by constructing and installing new and updated water mains in the County road right-of-way. A Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) form has been prepared for execution by the record owner of each affected parcel that will allow the District, and any contractor working on behalf of the District, legal access to conduct this work.

In an effort to expedite the time for processing and recording the TCE’s, staff requests adoption of the attached proposed Resolution thereby (a) approving the TCE document for use with this Project, and (b) granting the Utilities Director the authority to execute and record each of the easements on behalf of the District as they are returned by the property owners.
