BRIEF OVERVIEW
Community Members in Hernando County and the City of Brooksville have identified a need to conduct a South Brooksville Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Finding of Necessity Study.
This interlocal agreement with share the cost of the CRA Finding of Necessity Study equally between Hernando County and the City of Brooksville. The City of Brooksville will serve as the lead agency for the Project and will handle the procurement of services for the project. The total cost of the study is $49,500.00.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Hernando County’s shared cost of $24,750 is available in Account No. 0011-01051-5808101.

The Board has the authority to take the recommended action on this item pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Brooksville for the South Brooksville Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Finding of Necessity Study.
