Hernando County and the City of Brooksville hired Inspire to conduct a Finding of Necessity for the South Brooksville - Hernando County Tax Redevelopment Advisory Committee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). The consultant is present to provide information about the process and tasks to completed during the study.

The Board has authority to take action pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board allow Inspire time to discuss the process and tasks it will conduct to complete the Finding of Necessity for the South Brooksville - Hernando County Tax Redevelopment Advisory Committee CRA.
