On April 22, 2025, the Board approved an Incentive Agreement with Delamere Industries. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, Delamere Industries has requested termination of the Incentive Agreement while reserving the right to seek consideration for future incentive opportunities.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Incentives Agreement Termination Agreement between Hernando County and Delamere Industries.
