BRIEF OVERVIEW
On June 13, 2023, the Board approved a State Financial Assistance Agreement (FPN 45070419401) to assist with funding the roadway network on the eastside of Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport including extending Rescue Way, and rehabilitating American Flyer Way, Railpark Drive and Runway Drive.
Upon receiving the approved grant, the Florida Department of State (FDOT) made an administrative change to the FPN number which is now FPN 45346219401. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact to Airport funds at this time. A budget resolution was approved with the original grant.

The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached revised State Financial Assistance Agreement (FPN 45346219401) and grant resolution for the Eastside Roadway Improvements.
