BRIEF OVERVIEW
Withlacoochee River Electric (WREC) has determined, given the current construction of Fire Station 2 at Key No. 325927, that a resiliency project to place the power infrastructure underground along the northwest boundary of the project is timely. In order for them to accomplish this, the attached easement form is presented for approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact to the County.

The Board has authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairperson’s signature on the attached easement as requested by WREC.
