Current Employment Agreement for Jeffrey Rogers, P.E., as County Administrator ends on May 28, 2024. County Administrator Rogers would like to request to negotiate a new contract. Historically, County Administrator has negotiated a contract with the Chairperson and then the contract is on a future agenda for BOCC discussion and consideration.

RECOMMENDATION
Should the Board decide that it wishes to negotiate a new contract with the County Administrator, it should designate a Commissioner to act as its representative in the negotiations.
