Aaron Pool, Development Services Director, is authorized as the Chief Executive for conducting business for Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Darlene Lollie, Transit Grants Administrator, is authorized as User Manager in FTA’s Electronic Software TrAMS, ECHO, and NTD.
It is recommended to authorize Darlene Lollie, Transit Grants Administrator, as an additional authorized signature for conducting business with Federal Transit Authority (FTA) and Florida Department of Transportation.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the designation of Darlene Lollie, Transit Grants Administrator, to execute required documents for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Florida Department of Transportation (FTA) in order for the County to manage grant award funding.
