Extension of 2025 Tax Rolls Prior to Completion of Value Adjustment Board Hearings

BRIEF OVERVIEW
In compliance with F.S. 197.323, it is requested that the Board order the 2025 Tax Rolls to be extended prior to the completion of the Value Adjustment Board hearings. The extension will allow the Tax Collector’s office to extend and mail the 2025 tax notices in a timely manner by November 1, 2025.
