Acceptance of Perpetual Utility Easement from MCG Ventures, LLC, for Maintenance, Repair and Operation of Water Main Associated With Ayers Road Apartment Complex

BRIEF OVERVIEW
MCG Ventures is constructing an Apartment Complex along County Line Road just east of the new Ayers Road Extension. When the Ayers Road Extension was constructed, a section of 12-inch water main was stubbed out in anticipation of this project. Part of the project will include installing a 12-inch water main (connecting to the sub out) to service the apartment complex. The water line will eventually be turned over to Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD), therefore an easement is required to provide HCUD access for repair, maintenance, etc.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
No financial impact.

The Board has the authority to hear this item pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board accept the Perpetual Utility Easement from MCG Ventures, LLC.
