It is recommended that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution approving the petitioner’s request for a rezoning from AG/(Agricultural) to PDP(HC)/Planned Development Project (Highway Commercial) with Deviations and performance conditions.
