Board Action:
On August 9, 2022, the Board voted 4-0 to deny the petitioner's request. Approval of the attached resolution is necessary to finalize the Board action to deny the petition.

A matter of policy. There is no financial impact.
LEGAL NOTE
The Board has the authority to adopt the resolution pursuant to Chapters 125 and 163 Florida Statutes. The Applicable Criteria for a Zoning District Amendment are contained in Appendix A, (Zoning Code) Article VI. The applicable Public Service Facility (PSF) Overlay District Standards are contained in Article IV, Section 11 together with Communication Towers standards in Article II, Section F.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached resolution ratifying the Board's action to deny the petitioner's request for Public Service Facility Overlay District for a Communication Tower.
