RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached satisfaction of interim special assessment liens and approve the recording and payment of the recording fees.
The Solid Waste Division will be responsible for filing and recording the signed satisfaction of lien documents with the Clerk of Court.
