BRIEF OVERVIEW
MCG Ventures, LLC is constructing an apartment complex along County Line Road just east of the new Ayers Road Extension. As part of this project, a lift station will be built to service the sewage collections from this project’s apartments, as well as the collections from a future project on the abutting property to the east (parcel the requested easement is on). The lift station will eventually be turned over to Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD), therefore an easement is required to provide HCUD access for repair, maintenance, etc.

It is recommended that the Board accept the Perpetual Utility Easement from IMPACT-MCG Ventures, LLC.
