BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Anderson Snow Road Force Main was awarded by the Board on October 26, 2021, under Qualifications Contract No. 19-R00007 with assigned Quote No. Fifty (50) to Goodwin Bros. Construction Inc. in the amount of $135,444.97.
Change Order No. One (1) is a decrease to actual materials used, decreasing the Contract amount by $19,799.56 from $135,444.97, to $115,645.41.
The final Contract amount is $115,645.41 (PO No. 22000315).
The work has been completed and Goodwin Bros. Construction Inc. has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Two (2) in the amount of $10,312.78.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $10,312.78 is available in the following account: Expense Account 4121-07201-5626322 Renewal and Replacement, Improv-Sewer Line Upgrade in the amount of $4,768.96 and
Retainage Account 4121-2050067 in the amount of $5,543.82.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Two (2) in the amount of $10,312.78 to Goodwin Bros. Construction Inc. to close out Contract No.19-R00007 Qualifications Contract, Quote No. Fifty (50) for the Anderson Snow Road Force Main.
The final Contract amount is $115,645.41, a Contract amount decrease of $19,799.56 over BOCC award.
