BRIEF OVERVIEW
The FY 2022 budget includes upgrades to boat ramp docks and gangways at Bayport and Hernando Beach. Due to increased construction and material costs, the quotes for these projects have exceeded the approved budget by approximately $15,000.00. The attached budget amendment realigns funds from reserves into the expenditure account to cover this increased cost.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding for the boat ramp upgrades is available in Account No.1051-04571-5305263 (FL Boating Improvements, Uncapitalized Improvements) with approval of budget amendment realigning funds from Account No. 1015-04571-5909967 (FL Boating Improvements, Reserves-Capital Improvements).
