BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller Office Renovation at Government Center project was awarded by the Board on December 14, 2021, under Qualifications Contract No. 19-R00007 with assigned Quote No. Fifty-nine (59) to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC in the amount of $199,589.52.
Change Order No. One (1) was a reduction to for deletion of renovation to 2nd floor Area “A” Room 262A - the Clerk of Court decided not to proceed with the renovation, decreasing the Contract amount by $4,856.25 from $199,589.52, to $194,733.27.
Change Order No. Two (2) was a no-cost time extension of forty-three (43) days due to Supervisor of Elections timeline for moving out of the office for a new completion date of June 11, 2022.
Change Order No. Three (3) was a no-cost time extension of fourteen (14) days due to subcontractor scheduling for a new completion date of July 9, 2022.
The final Contract amount is $194,733.27 (PO No. 22000522).
The work has been completed and Seggie Custom Builders, LLC has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Five (5) in the amount of $9,736.66.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding is available in Retainage Account 0011-2050214 in the amount of $9,736.66.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Five (5) in the amount of $9,736.66 to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC to close out Contract No.19-R00007 Qualifications Contract, Quote No. Fifty-Nine (59) for the Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller Office Renovation at Government Center project.
The final Contract amount is $194,733.27, a Contract amount decrease of $4,856.25 over BOCC award.
