BRIEF OVERVIEW

Attached for Board approval are standard mermaid statue trail sponsorship agreements, amended sponsorship agreement for the City of Brooksville and an amended agreement with Brooksville Main Street and memorandum of agreement between Brooksville Main Street and Hernando County clarifying that Brooksville Main Street will contract with and pay the honorariums for the artists.

 

Also attached are an updated list of sponsored locations and map.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

None.

 

LEGAL NOTE

The Board has the authority to act on this per Chapter 125, F.S.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached mermaid statue trail sponsorship agreements for the following:

 

•                     Amended Agreement - City of Brooksville

•                     Sparacia Witherall Family Winery

•                     Terlep Chiropractic

•                     West Coast Musculoskeletal Institute

•                     Christen Brandl for Panbanged Knits

•                     Brooksville Main Street - Two (2) Agreements.

 

It is further recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached memorandum of agreement between Brooksville Main Street and Hernando County clarifying that Brooksville Main Street will contract with and pay the honorariums for the artists.
