BRIEF OVERVIEW
A List of Priority Projects (LOPP) is developed on an annual basis and includes both Major Improvement/Congestion Management Projects and Transportation Alternative Projects. The attached LOPP was reviewed and recommendations were made by the MPO Committees on May 24, 2023, as denoted in the attached document.

Pursuant to Chapter 339.175, FS, the MPO Board has the authority to take the recommended action.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the MPO Board review and approve the attached List of Priority Projects (LOPP) for Major Projects/Congestion Management, Transportation Alternative Projects, and incorporate the LOPP into the FY 2024 - FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
