BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity and charges each organizational element within the Hernando County work force to conduct its employment practices in conformity with this principle and in accordance with this equal employment opportunity policy.
This report, effective January 1, 2024, reflects the required individual Equal Employment Opportunity Plan for the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners.

It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairperson’s and County Administrator’s signature on the attached Hernando County Equal Employment Opportunity Plan.
