BRIEF OVERVIEW
Emmit Riley, Jr., and Marisol Riley submitted a petition to vacate the 10.0 ft. rear easement within Lot 13, Block 805, Spring Hill Unit 13, as per the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, located at 13904 Coronado Drive. The vacation is sought to allow an inground pool and screen enclosure to encroach into the easement. When surveying local utilities regarding the request, Charter Communications responded that it has lines within the easement and would only agree to vacate the western 3.0 ft. As a result, the Riley’s modified their request to vacate only the western 3.0 ft. of the rear easement. All other affected utilities have approved the request.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board take public comment on the request, approve the vacation of the easement, and authorize the Chairperson’s signature on the related resolution, after which it will be recorded in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
